The kit includes 15 types of viruses and 2 types of bacteria, covering pathogens such as influenza, mycoplasma pneumoniae, adenovirus, human metapneumovirus, and Sars-CoV-2.
This breakthrough achievement is attributed to Turtle Technology's innovative technology—the Exponential Ultra-Multiplex Digital PCR Technology. Compared to the melt curve-based multiplex fluorescence PCR technology, this new technology is of higher level of multiplex, more sensitive, and allows for precise quantification. Additionally, compared to the multiplex digital PCR technology based on the fluorescence probe concentration gradient, the Ultra-Multiplex technology not only detects pathogens and gene types but also achieves high-sensitivity and clinical-level multiplex tumor mutation detection.

Simultaneously, Turtle Technology's propietory SCI Digital series which are equipped with an industrial-leading microfluidic chip and high droplet stability, perfectly complements the Exponential Ultra-Multiplex digital PCR assay kit. The SCI Digital machine not only has a miniaturized design but is also highly automated.
